Refund Policy

At TheUnshakeablePundit.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase

Our policy offers a full refund within 15 days of your date of purchase under the following criteria:

  • If there is a defect or if the product is damaged, you will need to email us a brief description and provide us with a picture of the damaged product. This will be used on our end for insurance claims.

Other refund criteria:

  • If you are simply unhappy with the product, the circumstance will determine if a refund will be issued, which may or may not include the purchaser forfeiting some of the refund to cover the stores shipping & material expenses. This entirely is at the discretion of TheUnshakeablePundit.com.

We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.

TheUnshakeablePundit and our payment processor will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at candles@theunshakeablepundit.com
  2. Provide your order number of the product you want to refund.
  3. Provide a brief description of the defect or reason you want a refund.
  4. Provide a picture of the damaged product.
